Manmade Landscape IV

About Manmade Landscape IV

This is one of my latest series of paintings, inspired by the bold textures and patterns found in modern crop farming, and the impact this has on our landscape. Our rural landscape is totally man made, and this includes the planting (and destruction), of hedgerows and coppices.

It is painted with oils, over acrylics.

This work was shown as part of Warwickshire Arts Week 2006 , at The Coombe Gallery, The Visitor Centre, Coombe Country Park, Brinklow Road, Coventry.

I welcome commissions, so if you would me to paint something similar for you in a different size or colour please contact me with your ideas.

Please note that it is an infringement of copyright law to copy any of my paintings, or any part of them. It is also illegal to ask another artist to copy all or part of one of my works. I will prosecute any infringement of my copyright.
