Original painting of Brixham, Devon with boats bobbing up and down in the harbour. This colourful contemporary picture was painted from photographs taken from a day trip whilst having a summer holiday in nearby Torquay.
It was a bright sunny day and I enjoyed painting this summer sky in ribbons of blue afterwards. It is a very relaxing and summery picture.
It is an original acrylic painting and is painted round the four sides on a modern frameless box canvas which means that it is ready to hang on the wall. 'Brixham Harbour' is one of my personal favourite paintings.
