Artist's Description

Park your car on the foreshore at St Helen's beach, walk over the grassy dunes of The Duver and along the narrow earth wall that divides the marshy Mill Pond from the tidal waters of Bembridge Harbour, and discover this quiet corner near Bembridge Marina. A collection of colourful boats stranded in the mud at low tide made this an irresistible subject to paint.
