This row of pretty terraced cottages lies on the south side of The High Street in the heart of Bosham, near Chichester in Hampshire. I was first attracted by the yellow door, with its matching garden gate. These gardens are prone to high-tide flooding, so many of the doorways and front gates have a high concrete barrier which people have to step over when going in or out .... click on secondary image 6 to see a close-up of the barrier in front of the yellow gate.
