You have visited this page because you may be interested in viewing my artwork in an exhibition, so I'm sorry to disappoint.

Over the years, I have shown my work in many exhibitions, including those at the Mall Galleries and Westminster Galleries in Central London, the Gagliardi Gallery in Kings Road Chelsea, the Royal West of England Academy in Bristol and numerous smaller galleries in Dorset and Surrey.

For a would-be buyer, it is always nice to see an artwork hanging in a gallery before making a decision. However, there are a number of downsides to this process; first, finding the gallery with the artwork and style that you are looking for; second, the distance you may have to travel to see a selection of artworks before finding the one you want; third, the price includes the gallery mark-up which could be as much as 100% or more; fourth, you are not dealing directly with the artist; direct contact is essential if you want to commission something to your specific requirements.

For the artist, an exhibition cannot reach as many potential buyers as an online gallery like Minigallery, and the artist may never be in contact with prospective buyers.

For those worried about buying online without first seeing their purchase, there are safeguards. The main safeguard is legislation relating to distant selling, encapsulated in the Consumer Protection & Distant Selling Regulations. In short, if you make a purchase and are unhappy with it when it arrives then you can return it to me within 14 days of receipt and I am obliged to refund your payment (excluding your return carriage costs). Full details of this can be found at http://www.minigalleryworld.com/info_for_shoppers/consumer_protection.asp.

Please do contact me if you would like to discuss any particular artwork or if you have a subject you would like to commission. Just use the contact option on my Minigallery and I will respond as soon as possible.

Thanks for your interest in my work.
