Liz Harvey
I have a degree in Art History from Clare College, Cambridge University and spent a year studying arts & crafts in Norway, which was followed by 15 years running a craft knitwear business. I decided to concentrate on painting rather than knitwear after the arrival of my 3rd child a few years ago. I currently paint landscapes and natural history subjects, in watercolour, exhibiting and selling mainly in Fife. As a long standing supporter of environmental causes, my prime aim for my art work is to raise awareness of how beautiful and how fragile our world is. I am an active supporter of the Marine Conservation Society and of the Scottish Wildlife Trust, and will make a donation to one or other of these organisations for any piece of work sold on this site. |
