Patricia Philo
 As Patricia Philo I have exhibited on this site for several years, while living and painting in East Sussex. I have exhibited in Sussex and Essex, with a number of galleries showing my work, with local art groups and in various private exhibitions. Much of my work is done in the studio, from photographs I have taken, particularly where the subject is likely to move away. I paint outdoors when and where I can, as many places I chose to paint are not easily accessible, and impossible to work in. While most of my work has covered the South East of England, with by far the largest part centred in the Thames Estuary, and Essex, I am now painting in the heart of Normandy.  |
